1 - Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is taking longer than usual due to the current situation between Russia and Ukraine which is impacting the flight schedules and routes. All packages to Australia and New Zealand will be delayed and we kindly ask our customers to allow 30 day to receive their order. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $60. For orders below $60 shipping costs $5.95.
We aim to process all orders within 1-4 business days. Below you can consult our estimated delivery times:
- Europe 4-8 business days
- U.S.A. & Canada 10-20 days
- Rest of the world 15-25 days
These are estimated delivery times which do not take into account any customs or post services delay that may occur due to weather conditions, covid-19 or the holidays. We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure holiday peace of mind.
Please be advised that shipping to AP (Armed Forces Pacific) and AE (Armed Forces Europe) addresses may experience extended delivery times compared to regular addresses. The unique logistical challenges associated with military shipments, coupled with longer travel distances, can contribute to delays. We want to assure you that while packages to these addresses may take longer to arrive, they are handled with care, and we prioritize ensuring they reach you safely. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
We provide insured shipping with tracking number for all orders. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking details may take 3-4 days to update.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds two weeks please email us directly at email@example.com or send us a message via the contact us form and we will be happy to help.
We do not charge tax on orders (unless Canadian) and as a result, you may be charged applicable taxes and duties by your home country upon delivery. There will be no tax and duty for customers living in the European Union!
Starting Jan 1st 2021, customers in the United Kingdom will be responsible for their own country's taxes/duties upon delivery.
