DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship absolutely everywhere. We are proud to have customers from over 100 different countries!
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We aim to process all orders within 1-4 days. Below you can consult our estimated delivery times:
• Europe 4-8 days
• U.S.A. & Canada 10-20 days
• Rest of the world 10-20 days
We aim to process all orders within 1-4 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you.
HOW CAN I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide insured shipping with tracking number for all orders. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking details may take 3-4 days to update.
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments and we now accept Sezzle payments as well. If your payment option isn’t available please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Note: To use Sezzle payment, please make sure to select USD as the store currency so that the Sezzle payment option shows at checkout.
We do not charge tax on orders (unless Canadian) and as a result, you may be charged applicable taxes and duties by your home country upon delivery. This is however a rare occurrence. There will be no tax and duty for customers living in the European Union.
Starting Jan 1st 2021, customers in the United Kingdom will be responsible for their own country's taxes/duties upon delivery.
HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Vagabond Life adheres to highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we do have gift cards. You can order them right here. Gift cards are delivered instantly by email and contain instructions for redeeming them at checkout.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GIFTABLE?
Definitely! A large amount of the orders we receive are meant to be gifted. All of our products come in a gift-ready packaging with a Vagabond Life thank you card. Our keychains and necklaces come in a beautifully designed Vagabond Life box. Our bracelets and country rings (if ordered on their own) will arrive in a Vagabond Life stamped organic cotton pouch.
DO RINGS COME ALREADY ON A KEYCHAIN OR NECKLACE?
Yes! If you order a keychain or necklace with your engraved rings, we make sure to add them onto it for you. If you order more than one keychain or necklace, we make an educated guess about which rings belong on which keychain / necklace. Don’t worry, you can easily move the rings around when your order arrives!
If you ordered engraved rings only, we wrap them up and slide them into our organic cotton Vagabond life pouch.
HOW MANY RINGS FIT ON A KEYCHAIN?
Our keyring can hold up to 65 rings. If you have more than 65 rings, we simply add another split ring to the back of your keychain. If you need a second split ring because you are getting close to 65 rings or you simply want to separate your country rings from your state rings, just email us and we will be happy to add a second split ring to your order for free.
HOW MANY RINGS FIT ON A NECKLACE?
It’s totally up to you how many rings you add to your necklace. You can add as many as you want, our necklaces can fit all the country rings. You can also split them up between a keychain and a necklace if you want to.
CAN I ADD MORE COUNTRY RINGS TO MY KEYCHAIN?
Yes of course! You can easily add more engraved rings onto your Vagabond Life keychain whenever you'd like. You can simply slide them onto your keychain as if you were sliding keys onto a keychain.
DO YOU HAVE CUSTOM ENGRAVED RINGS?
Custom rings are not an option at the moment.
CAN I CLEAN MY RINGS?
Of course! Our rings are made with stainless steel so they can go underwater. Just use a cloth and some water to clean them. Just make sure to remove them from your keychain before doing so. If you have a Vagabond Life necklace you can leave them on when cleaning your rings since the chain is made of stainless steel as well.
DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
We sincerely hope that you will fall totally in love with your Vagabond Life purchase and are 100% satisfied, however, just in case something is not to your liking, we offer a standard 30-day return policy from the point at which you receive your goods. You can read our return policy here.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE IN USD?
Each online store needs to pick a default currency. We chose to charge in USD because it is the most understood global currency and many of our customers are familiar with how their own currency relates to USD.
