We hope you’ll absolutely love your Vagabond Life piece — but if it’s not quite what you expected, no worries! We’re here to help make things right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Simply email us at contact@vagabond-life.com before sending anything back — we'll guide you through the next steps or sometimes we can help resolve the issue.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Please note that custom rings, mountain rings, landmark rings and city rings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable as they’re made especially for you.
Clearance items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, whether paid or offered as free shipping (standard shipping: $5.95; Colissimo and Chronopost: as shown at checkout).
You’ll also be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

All approved returns are subject to a 10% processing and restocking fee to help us cover handling and inspection costs.

You can choose between a refund (minus the restocking fee) or a store credit for the full product amount to use on your next adventure.

How to start a return

  • Email us at contact@vagabond-life.com
     with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll confirm your eligibility and send you the return address.
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll email you to confirm your refund or store credit.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Changed your mind? It happens!
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
Please note that a 10% processing and restocking fee applies to all cancellations.

CLAIMS

We take great care in crafting and packaging each Vagabond Life piece.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at contact@vagabond-life.com within 7 days of delivery, including a brief description and clear photos of the issue.

Unfortunately, we can’t replace or refund items reported after this timeframe.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if something isn’t right — we’ll do our best to make it right.
